contains of the prosperity of a pseudo-Belgian tobacco firm
in Hongkong, both the looel manerer of which, V.Velhagen, and
the principal of the firm, C.Ingenohl, are Germans.
A previous letter T.1.1286 was noted in Transit Letter Bulletin
No.84 and showed that a semblance of Belgian nationality was
being kept u. «
We should be glad if the letter could be returned
to us when 0.0. have no further use for it.
